The Houston Mesa Fire District is located in the mountains of central Arizona, in northern Gila County, just northeast of the Town of Payson.

We contract with the Town of Payson Fire Department for services.

Public meetings are held at 5 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the Fire Station in Mesa del Caballo, 8139 West Mescalero Road, Payson, Arizona 85541.

Notices are posted on the notice board at the station as well as on the Meeting Agendas and Minutes page 24 hours before the meeting.
